Online booking is for business customers ordering for their business only. All prices are net and exclusive of VAT. Private customers receive a separate quotation on request.

01Property

We check the distance from Vienna and, for drone flights, the geozone.

Which area figure do you have?

All floors, external dimensions, as it appears in the building documents. We calculate with it directly.

Whole square metres, 20 m² to 15,000 m², all storeys to be captured. A good estimate is enough, after the capture the area is exact, and that is the area we bill.

02Services

Prices for 20 m². Once address and area are in, you see the expected cost item by item; the invoice follows the area actually captured.

Interior

One visit with the 360° camera. Walkthrough, floor plan and dollhouse all come from that single capture.

Drone capture

Roof, courtyard and surroundings from above. We sort out the permit from your address before you book.

Laser scan

One pass with the mobile laser scanner. Point cloud, as-built drawings and BIM all come from that single capture.

Slots appear once address, area and at least one service are set.

04Contact

This booking route is for businesses; prices are net plus VAT. If you are ordering privately, send us a short message — you get the same offer, just by e-mail.

Billing address

This goes on the invoice. It does not have to be the address of the property.

Access, contact person on site, anything unusual.

Before you order

  • Sending this places a binding order. The appointment is fixed once our acceptance reaches you by e-mail.
  • The price covers the area you stated. We measure it after the capture: up to 10% difference the total stays as it is here.
  • Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the appointment.
  • If an agreed area is not accessible on the day, we capture what is accessible, record the gap in the report and charge the area captured. A further visit is quoted separately; without your express acceptance it costs nothing.
  • You receive an invoice with 7 days to pay.

You are making a binding offer. The contract is formed by our separate confirmation, which you will receive by email within 24 hours. We invoice on the day of capture, payable within 7 days.
