Four steps, and that is all. What happens after you book and what should be ready on the day is here before you book, not afterwards.

Calculate
Enter the address and the gross floor area, select the products. The calculator shows every line on its own, from the service through the travel to any surcharges. There is no quotation to wait for.

Pick a date
You choose from the times that are genuinely free, leave your contact details and accept the terms. With our confirmation the date is set. Bookable from 12 hours ahead and up to 90 days out.
- 03
The capture
We call 3 to 4 days before the appointment to settle access and anything particular about the property. On the day one person arrives with the right equipment. You do not have to stay, someone simply has to unlock the door.
- 04
Delivery
We invoice on the day of the capture, with 7 days to pay. Once the payment is in you receive the link to your data. The deadline per product is in your booking confirmation.
Preparation
What has to be ready on the day.
Five points decide the result. If one is missing, a gap stays in the data, or it takes a second appointment, which is charged separately.
- Access: someone to let us in, or keys or a code. Without access we cannot start.
- Rooms: every room that is to be captured is open and accessible. Locked doors stay in the data as a gap. Making them up takes a further appointment, which we then quote separately.
- People: as few people in the rooms as possible during the capture. People are not captured deliberately, but they do appear in the recordings.
- Power and light: power is on and the rooms are lit. Dark rooms produce unusable data.
- Parking: a place to park near the property, even briefly. The equipment cannot be carried far.
With an exterior area or a drone flight booked, two things are added: the outdoor areas accessible and walkable, and the landowner’s consent to take off where that is required.
Time on site
How long we are in the building.
Time in the building per data basis, travel not included, calculated by the same rules as in the calculator. Combinations add up, and the appointment is rounded to 30 minutes.

When something gets in the way
Not every appointment runs smoothly.
- A room is locked
- We capture what is accessible, record the gap in the capture protocol and deliver what we have. We bill the area we actually captured. We offer a separate appointment for the missing part as its own quotation. Costs arise only once you accept that quotation.
- Bad weather for drone or exterior capture
- We get in touch and agree a new date for the part affected. That costs you nothing. Whatever is captured indoors runs as planned.
- The flight permit is not granted
- The drone services and the fee are dropped. The rest of your order stands.
- Nobody opens up
- If nobody is there at the agreed time, we need a new date. Travel and time already spent are billed transparently; the details are in the terms.
Afterwards
After delivery.
The 360° tour includes one month of hosting from the moment it goes live; after that access ends unless continued hosting is agreed. Continued hosting costs from €9.99 a month net depending on the data basis and can be cancelled monthly at the end of the billing month. Anything that comes out of the same capture can be ordered later without a new visit: within 90 days at the price from the day you booked, after that at the prices then current. Without hosting we keep the capture for 6 months from delivery. A different data basis needs its own appointment: a walkthrough does not become a point cloud.
Cancellation
Free up to 7 days before the appointment.
An email to hallo@duplex.immo is enough. If you cancel later than that, we may claim the agreed fee under section 1168 of the Austrian Civil Code, less what we save and what we earn elsewhere in that time. So we charge the actual loss, not a flat rate. If we have to cancel, because of weather for the drone flight or a permit that is not granted, the affected part is dropped at no cost to you.
