Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us — Beyond Engineering Works GmbH, Hadikgasse 64, 1140 Vienna, Austria, email hallo@duplex.immo, phone +43 699 101 98 200 — by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter or an email). You may use the model form, but you are not obliged to. The form on this page is available to you throughout the statutory withdrawal period.
To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Where you expressly requested that our service begin before the withdrawal period expires, an amount may be payable for the services provided up to your statement of withdrawal, in proportion to the agreed total price and scope, where the statutory conditions are met (section 16 FAGG). No contractual cancellation charge is levied in its place where the required statutory information and declarations are missing.
Note on loss of the right: for a service the right of withdrawal lapses on full performance only where the additional conditions of section 18(1)(1) FAGG are met. On-site capture alone does not automatically amount to full performance where processing and delivery of data are also agreed.

Business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal under the FAGG. Clause 6 of the Terms applies to cancellations.
