Yes, and it depends on the gross floor area alone. If the area you entered is right, the price on the invoice is the price you saw, excl. 20% VAT. If it is off, we bill the area that comes out of the capture: that figure is unambiguous, and we tell you the moment we have it.

No. The expected cost is in the calculator, line by line. If you need a document anyway, the booking confirmation with all lines arrives by e-mail.

On the day of the capture you receive one invoice for the cost estimate, payable within 7 days. Once the area is known after the capture and it differs, we settle the difference either way.

Free of charge up to 7 days before the appointment. If you cancel later, we may claim the agreed fee under section 1168 of the Austrian Civil Code, less what we save and what we earn elsewhere — the actual loss, not a flat rate. The details are in the terms.

The sum of all storey areas including walls, taken externally. A good estimate is quite enough to see the price and book. You do not have to go and measure. After the capture the area is exact, and that is the area we bill. It cuts both ways: estimate generously and you pay less than the calculator showed.

Between 20 m² and 15,000 m² gross floor area. Above that: enquiry, reply within 24 h.

All in one booking. Products of the same data basis share the appointment; the second one costs only the add-on. The calculator shows every line.

At the earliest 12 hours ahead, up to 90 days. A next-day appointment is bookable with a 100% surcharge: start the next day, delivery with highest priority, no completion guarantee.

Start window 07:00–18:00 without surcharge. Other start times, weekends and public holidays are bookable with a 100% surcharge on the services.

It follows from floor area and products; the calculator computes it and shows it in the booking. From 420 minutes it is a full day, at most 15,000 m² per day.

Somebody has to unlock. Whether you stay is up to you; we work through on our own.

One person with the equipment. For combinations of several data bases, all devices at one appointment.

Worldwide. Within 30 km of Vienna travel is included, beyond that €0.50/km there and back plus travel time at €60 per hour. Properties we cannot reach by car are quoted individually with flight and accommodation.

We reschedule the flight at no extra cost. Other products of the same appointment are captured as planned.

Point cloud as E57 and LAS, BIM as IFC and RVT (on request PLN for ArchiCAD instead of RVT), drawings as PDF and DWG, the tour as a link in the browser. Which formats belong to your selection is shown in the calculator with each product.

Everything runs in the browser, with nothing to install and no account for the people you send it to. The 360° tour includes one month from the moment it goes live. After that access ends unless continued hosting is agreed: from €9.99 per month net depending on data basis and size, cancellable monthly at the end of the billing month.

Yes. Every product of the same data basis without a new appointment. Within 90 days of first completion the price from the day you booked applies, after that the price then current. The capture has to still be with us: while hosting runs, and without hosting for 6 months from delivery.

It places the data in the national coordinate system. For the laser scan it is included from 1,000 m², optional below; for the aerial point cloud and 3D model always. It is done by a licensed surveyor, as its own line from €749.

The manufacturer states 5 mm local accuracy for the device, measured in a 500 m² test environment. In a real building the result depends on size, accessibility and the path walked; over long routes deviations add up. What we captured at your property is documented in the capture report that comes with delivery.

After full payment you may use and edit the delivered data for your own purposes in accordance with our terms. We host them for as long as you want; without hosting we keep the capture in live operation for 6 months from delivery and then move it to the archive. Please save the files within that period.

We capture empty or cleared rooms. People in the picture are to be avoided; details are in the privacy policy.

The online booking route is for businesses; the prices in the calculator are net plus VAT. If you are ordering privately, please use the contact form — you get the same offer with gross prices by e-mail, together with the withdrawal instructions and the model form.

We check that from the address. If one is needed, we apply for it after your booking; if it is not granted, the drone services and the fee are dropped. The rest of your order stands.

Yes, within the agreed right of use, in particular to architects, builders, specialist planners and other people engaged for the property.
